Mr. Paul LeBane is the Chief Operating Officer in the Ministry of Treasury Board and Finance in the Government of Alberta. Prior to this, Mr. LeBane served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Ministry of Hospital and Surgical Health Services and various Assistant Deputy Minister roles. Mr. LeBane is a CFA charter holder, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and holds master’s degrees in finance and economics from Queen’s University.
Mr. LeBane was appointed to the Balancing Pool Board of Directors by Ministerial Order effective February 21, 2025.
